Jo enjoys an active lifestyle and is a regular runner, gym user and climber. She also has an interest in surfing, yoga and walking. This has helped Jo to understand the demands sport can place on the body as well as the implications of injuries.
With many years of accumulated experience in different fields, Jo is able to treat a diverse range of people, providing specifically directed advice and management plans to help support patient recovery.
