who is individual and team-based training for?

We have developed individual training programs for athletes of ALL ages, that are customized to their specific demands and profiles. We also provide team-based training and injury prevention solutions. We prioritize periodic testing in order to establish baselines, and monitor progress. services include:

  • In Person, 1-1, or group based training sessions

  • Long- term program design

  • Sport specific strength and conditioning

  • Anti-aging training program for the master athlete
